Matt began his career in construction during his high school years, working under the mentorship of a local contractor specializing in HVAC. After 15 years of dedication and hard work, Matt purchased the HVAC business, successfully managing it for many years. His expertise and leadership in the industry ultimately led to a successful partnership with Alison Flury, combining their talents to create a thriving enterprise.
